Streamlined production, reduced costs, and increased profitability, in the midst of Egyptian revolution. Conducted successful contract negotiations with printers and editing team while overseeing a overhaul of website design and magazine marketing to ensure profitability and long-term success.
When I arrived in the country, I was instructed to find a way to save the magazine or it would have to cease operations, through a revolution of our own, we found a way, and the Maadi Messenger continues in operation through 2024.
